How long does it typically take to close and get the money?
-We will put 30-45 days on the contract. Once the inspection period is complete we deposit the money to escrow and get the property closed as quick as possible.
How Do We Sign The Contract?
-There are a few different ways which you can sign the contract, the first being through Docusign. The contract will be sent via email where you can electronically sign and we will momentarily receive the completed contract once all parties on the title have completed it. The second way is by mailing out the contract to be signed and returned; whatever you as the seller feel the most comfortable doing.
